What is the Code?
The Code has been established to be of maximum benefit to consumers and provide a genuine commitment to improving standards of construction and raising customer service standards.
What does the Code offer my client?
The Consumer Code for New Homes sets higher levels of consumer protection above and beyond the law.
Code Requirements
To ensure that consistently high standards are maintained, Developers must meet the Requirements set out in the Code and the Developer Guidance.
Update to the Code!
The Code has recently launched Version 5 which is effective for all reservations from 1 January 2024. Make sure you understand what changes have been made and what you will need to do to comply with the new version of the Code.
