Code annual review

As a Chartered Trading Standards Institute Approved Code, Consumer Code for New Homes is required to produce an annual report on the operation of the Code.

Each year we report on the number of enquiries, the number of formal complaints and outcomes from the Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme.

Code compliance from our Code member is important to us. Annually we review Code compliance and the outcomes from any Disciplinary Hearings.

Finally, we review the Code wording and operation to see if there are any improvements we can make to the Code to improve consumer protection further based on consumer and developer feedback.
